Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are determined based on the following:

  • Size
  • Weight
  • Destination
  • Total value of goods for insurance purposes.

All local orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.


For order cancellations, a minimum fee of PHP 1,000.00 applies, covering shipping costs. The fee may increase based on factors like package contents, size, weight, total cost, and destination. To cancel, the package must be returned in good condition.


Domestic orders within the Philippines enjoy free shipping without a minimum purchase requirement. Processing occurs post-payment confirmation, with delivery taking about 7 work days. Our local orders are shipped via various courier partners. Customers shall handle the cost of shipping for any package returned due to an incorrect address. 


Akemiglow OPC is not liable for delays, holds, or confiscations by Customs. Customers are responsible for complying with local laws, health department regulations, and Customs rules within the Philippines


Akemiglow OPC disclaims responsibility for any damages resulting from improper shipping practices. The risk of loss and title for merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Return and Refund Policy – Eligible for Refund

  • A product is eligible for a refund given the following scenarios:
    • if it arrives unsealed.
    • if it arrives damaged (discoloration, past expiry date, or misshapen).
    • if it arrives incomplete, with missing items or orders.


  • Merchants must notify Akemiglow OPC within 5 business days of receiving their packages.


  • Approved refunds will be processed when the package arrives safely and sealed at the Akemiglow OPC office


  • Provide correct and complete refund details; incorrect or incomplete details cause delays.


  • If the exchange item is unavailable or out-of-stock, a refund will be processed.


  • Banco de Oro is our partner bank for bank transfers; the refund process takes 3-5 banking days after receiving the returned items.

Return and Refund Policy – Instances NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Client rejects the package by refusing to pay duties and taxes in the receiving country. (Non-refundable shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund; a minimum shipping fee of PHP 1,000 applies, depending on the package status upon cancellation.)


  • Delivery is unsuccessful due to client-provided incorrect or incomplete shipping details. (Non-refundable shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund.)


  • Client requests a refund beyond the 5-business day grace period after receiving the product
